Outside Scholarships-- No single deadline
This year UT students are bringing more than
$1,600,000 in scholarships to the University from outside sources. As
you might expect, a successful search for outside scholarships is going
to take initiative and effort on your part, along with knowing where to
look.A word of caution: The Federal Trade Commission has launched efforts
to combat scholarship search scams. While there certainly are
legitimate scholarship search companies, we wouldn't want you wasting
time, and money, on a fraud. Remember: if you must pay money to get
money, make sure you know it's a worthwhile investment.

are links to free, on-line scholarship searches to help you get started.
