Our office relies heavily on the mail to keep you
informed about where
you stand in the financial aid process. Each year we send thousands of
pieces of mail trying to keep students and their families up-to-date regarding their
application for aid.
Help us make sure your share reaches you.
As a rule, we mail to the student's permanent address, even when
school is in session. If you’re waiting to hear something from us, or wondering
why you rarely do, double-check what address you have on file with the
University.
You can update your permanent address in person through the
Registrar's Office in Rocket Hall or use
UT
Web for Students. We’d also be happy to make address changes for you
over the phone.
