Our office, like many financial aid offices across the country, receives a high volume of calls, especially in those weeks leading up to Fall term. The word from our phone center is that our volume of calls is lowest between 8:15 and 9:30am Eastern time, so calling early might be your best bet. 

If you’re having trouble getting through by phone, feel free to email or FAX your question. Just make sure to include the student’s Social Security number and a phone number where you can be reached and we’ll make sure someone from our staff gets in touch with you promptly.
